Payment Options

• PayFast (Secure Online Payment) — We accept major South African payment methods via PayFast, including debit/credit cards, instant EFT, Masterpass, and SnapScan.
• Leuco Customer Account — Approved trade customers can charge purchases to their Leuco account, subject to existing account terms.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Fees

• FREE delivery nationwide on orders over R1,500 (incl. VAT).
• Orders below R1,500 are charged at The Courier Guy’s standard rates, calculated at checkout by delivery area.

Estimated Delivery Times* (The Courier Guy)

• Local (same city): 1 business day
• Major Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 1–2 business days
• Regional Areas: 2–4 business days
• Outlying/Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

*Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors (e.g., load shedding, severe weather, or courier network delays).

Delivery Terms (The Courier Guy)

• Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays).
• A physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and a valid contact number are required.
• Someone must be available to sign for delivery. If no one is available, re-delivery or depot collection may be required and could incur additional charges.
