Ordering from Magenta Tools is easy. Simply browse our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order summary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer two secure payment options:

  • PayFast — Accepts Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, SnapScan, and more. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
  • Leuco Customer Account — Approved trade customers can charge purchases to their Leuco account (subject to account terms).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

How does shipping work?

All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel online.

Delivery fees:

  • Orders over R1,500 (incl. VAT) qualify for FREE nationwide delivery.
  • Orders below R1,500 are charged at The Courier Guy’s standard rates, calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (same city): 1 business day
  • Major centres: 1–2 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days
  • Remote/outlying: 3–5 business days

What is your return & exchange policy?

In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to the following:

  • 7-Day Cooling Off Period — For online purchases, you may return goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Defective or Damaged Items — If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Items — If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange collection and send the correct item at no charge.

Please note: custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless defective. To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within the required timeframe.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to selected countries in Africa, including Mauritius. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination — please contact us for a custom quote.
